The staff was wonderful. The heater was perfect for a cold night. The hotel is near downtown Hanford, near shops, restaurants, and a cute coffee shop.

The room was clean however the hotel itself had some issues with the lock and things were a little worn down but the staff was really responsive and tried their best to make it work. I wouldn't necessarily stay there again but I wouldn't necessarily say it was a terrible experience

Staff was curtious, room was clean, a/c blew cold like I love it at night and nice and warm in the morning. Shower felt lovely and gets steam hot. I love the new look as well. Will stay again.

Great stay, SO close to the airport. Super friendly staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff and cleaning staff. Our flight was canceled so we had to spend an extra couple nights there and they made everything so easy for us. Breakfast is awesome and the pool was actually lovely!

Excellent polite and responsive staff homemade cookies on the counter clean rooms good room service that comes midday not too early probably going through some renovations and I believe a name change if you stay with them on Thursday nights just walks away is a Center city market and live music a beer garden and a whole bunch of other taco truck type eateries With hunters people to enjoy
