「La douche dans la salle de bain est cassée et le siège des toilettes a un problème et a presque glissé.Le plus ennuyeux est que j'ai réservé en ligne pour 3 nuits, mais je n'ai pas eu de chambre quand j'y suis allé.J'ai séjourné dans un autre hôtel pour la dernière nuit trop pauvre」

「入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。 整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。 唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。 旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。」

「Un accueil faussement "princier", et une température dans la chambre glaciale à mon arrivée (j'estimerais à 15°C). La température fût correcte qu'au petit matin, malheureusement je me serais bien passé de la climatisation (mode chauffage) bruyante qui m'a réveillé à plusieurs reprises. Bon point pour la salle de bain spacieuse et qui présente bien (chambre confort), dommage que les joints de la douche soit moisis, qu'il n'y ait aucun support pour le gel douche... 」
