"Very central location, close to shopping, parks, monuments, and the cathedral. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a variety of items to choose from. It was tricky to figure out how to get to the parking lot for the hotel under the building, but the staff was very helpful in letting me know how to get to it once we got there. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable."

"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. "Great hotel on the centre of town. Staff friendly. Parking seperate but adjacent to hotel, gate closed overnight. Restaurant not open Sunday evening.......just my luck! Plenty of other places in village but most closed in afternoon opening 7:30/8. Aircon in room which was welcome at end of June. Left early so can't comment on breakfast."
