"This is an older single-floor motel with some longer-term residents. The room was clean but dated. Fridge and microwave in the room. Walls are thin. Was there a warmer weekend in March, did not try HVAC. Longer-term residents were socializing on walkway outside room, ending about 10pm. With ear plugs I slept well. Wifi was good, did not try TV. No business center or breakfast."

"The man at the desk was very nice and helpful. The room however was not clean, the floors were filthy with dirt, however the sheets were clean and so was the tub and toilet. "
