"This is properly a boutique hotel. It feels special the moment you walk in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very well designed. The building is cosy and location great. (Bar across the road a bit noisy, if you're a light sleeper ask for a room at the back). Roof bar beautiful. Staff SO friendly. The only thing I would change is to make breakfast a generous buffet situation rather than an order and eat situation. On the whole, very pleased, would go back. Probably will."

"The hotel itself is great. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The shower and climate control are excellent. Beds are very comfortable. The infinity pool on the roof is outstanding, with an incredible view of all Budva and the sea. It was SO nice to have this after a long day of walking around town. There is a bar, restaurant, many lounge chairs and a deck that seems to get sun all day long. It’s really fantastic up there. The gym is small but reasonably functional — you can get a basic workout in — but lacks heavy weights. They could invest in a few more plates for the bar and a few heavier dumbbells. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint might be with the location. It is right along the main road, about 25 minutes walk from the old town. You get to the beach area in about 5 minutes and it’s a nice walk to old town, but if you’re going to spend a lot of time in old town, you may want to be closer (or in it). There is also a major construction project next door, which can be noisy (even on Sunday). But there seem to be major construction projects going on everywhere, so you may not be able to avoid this. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend. "

"The entrance is a bit creepy. We arrived at night and seriously it was a turn down when we saw the entrance. Once we saw the actual hotel, everything was perfect. Clean beautiful rooms, nice amenities, great coffee or tea all day…. Staff was so nice, and helpful. The Nest is a few meters from the main entrance to Kotor. Easy walk even with suitcases "

"This was my first trip in 20 years and my first solo trip, I definitely chose the right place to stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and it’s so calm and peaceful. The bar and pool area and restaurant are beautiful, clean and the perfect place to relax. The food here is delicious and beautifully presented and fantastic value. The most outstanding feature of this hotel though is the staff, every single member of staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. From arranging transport to checking in and out, providing information and recommendations and just making sure your holiday is perfect, they always excelled themselves. I will definitely be recommending this stunning resort to everyone and I can’t wait to book my next stay here. I miss all the team already xxx"

"While the weather was not always great, the hotel, staff and Budva in general was amazing. We made the most of our stay, enjoying spa treatments and the sauna rooms, as well as the top quality restaurant and swimming pool and bar on the top floor where David gave exceptional service making sure we were well looked after. I could not recommend Budva or the Hotel more and look forward to visiting again."
