"I personally would not stay here again. My shower was not hot, everyone was forced to evacuate the hotel for hours to stand in the cold for hours. I was wearing short cleaves open toed shoes no wallet no phone nothing. I had to take refuge at Hotel Leonardo just to try to get warm. I’d go there instead next time. The elevators take forever, the staff was nice and tried helping but there were too many problems. My TV had no remote batteries, I had to fight to get my free room upgrade as a VIO member… the laundry system was confusing and makes you pay a minimum of 29 euros on an app. I had a hard time at this place and can’t see myself coming back."

"It is a nice hotel with a lot of natural light. Our room was very big. The location is a very cool area. It is not possible to walk to the main tourists area. We took the train from ost which was less than 5 minutes to walk there. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store close by. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't get any cleaning services or garbages emptied. That would be my only negative feedback."

"I won’t stay in this hotel again. Very rude and inefficient personnel ar the front desk. No telephone in the guest rooms. I asked them to order a cab to go to the airport the day before traveling. I had to repeat myself the time I wanted it. Next early mornin, no taxi. The employee in charge didn’t have any idea how to order a cab. Luckily I was able to get an uber. "

"It was a great surprise. I needed a place for one night and I found a diamond in the roof. The receptionist was amazing, super helpful and very, very nice. She answered questions. She told me about places that I needed to find in the town. The room was actually five stars as far as I’m concerned. Very clean a living area with a bedroom. It was perfect A+ on this hotel in Unterhaching. "

"Location is out of town but train station is so close. Great breakfast, comfortable room, could use a better pillow. Great staff. Good breakfast"
