「Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, air conditioning worked great. Wi-Fi was just OK. My only complaints were that there was very loud music coming from the neighbors on a Saturday night when I stayed there, and the road to the property from the main road isn't the greatest.」

「We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling.」

Attention la j avoue j’ai été un peu seul car personne ne m’a accueillit donc pour manger eh bien on était livrée à nous même ce qui est déstabilisant surtout où l’hôtel est situé. J’ai envoyé mail pas de réponse j’avoue qu’il manque juste de service et c’est top ! Par contre le déjeuner est simple efficace et super bon !!! Bref j’ai passé un bon séjour quand même !!」

「Overall a comfortable stay. Would have liked the host to have been much more responsive to communication — used whatsapp as mentioned on the welcome booklet but never received a response. I felt cleaning should have been done daily unless requested otherwise. And lastly the shower was minimally luke warm and for the price I would have expected hot water.」

「We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. 「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
