「Outstanding staff and clean room」

「The property is exactly as seen in the pictures and honestly was our saving grace while in St Lucia. I’ve never spent more time in our room and at a property than we did this week. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained & very safe & secure. The Coconut restaurant was also a saving Grace. The food was amazing and we were so thankful to be able to get breakfast lunch or dinner there as my husband did not feel it was safe to drive our rental car to go to...

「This is a 250 year-old plantation with updated cottages spread throughout over the property. If you like a natural and lush environment, you will be VERY happy here. Proximity to the sites of St. Lucia are perfect, considering most of them are in the Soufriere area. This is just south of town in the edge of the rainforest. 「I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

「We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much.
