「The resort was Awesome lots of room loved the Balcony facing the ocean. The pools and hot tubs were clean and Cool. Everyone was very helpful and nice. If I must leave a complaint it would be the slow elevators. 」

「First, I would like to say that Matthew, one of the staff members was so nice, helpful and engaging. There was also another young man in the Tower1 and 2 gift shop (Mikel?) that was super pleasnt as well. Calypso Tower 3 is located right across the street from the Gulf with great Gulf and strip views. It is located next to Pier Park which has tons of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. 「The condo was nice and clean with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. The splash pad and pool were a hit for the for our kids. We didnt have to leave the facility at all for any entertainment. The only issue I had was within the booking process. I booked using afterpay and received messages from the property management team wanting proof of payment and they wanted a picture of a physical card for proof which was not available due to using Afterpay, so I would advise anyone who is...

「The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most.
