"The property is excellent the people are very kind and eager to assist their patrons . The amenities are great. Although i do not understand why we have to pay and extra 13 dollars to park our car in the hotel parking lot."

"Pretty disappointed, the room was fine but the website stated there was a pool, there’s not. No bar, no restaurant….. and breakfast wasn’t included nor was parking….breakfast and parking add $75 to the nightly price…. Don’t be fooled"

"The overnight front desk worker was rude. Paying to park was not advertised on Expedia. "

"Breakfast doesn’t even start until 7. We had to leave before that. Many people stay for business and are gone by then. Also it was very cold and icy. The parking lot was pure ice and there was no salt or sand put down. We both almost landed on our faces and we had 2 children with us. "

"So first room had a bed bug found, so switched to another room. Second room: was unable to adjust temperature down to comfortable setting and TV would turn on but unable to get picture or channels. "
