「The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The young lady that was there when we checked in helped us figure out the best option for us to get to and from the concert. She was so sweet and friendly! The staff that worked the breakfast were so great as well. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay again.」

「The hotel was in a nice location and was very clean. It was extremely busy when we were there so there was a lot of kids running all over the place. It was quiet at night. Although the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Which is a deal breaker for me.」

「Staff were rude, poorly trained - not in uniform of any kind, if the guy working the desk was not behind the counter using computer, I would have assumed is was staying there. Local kids were using parking lot as a obstacle course with milk crates for the electric scooter. Elevator is out of service, juice machine is out of order, wanted cash at desk for pop and chips would not allow me to bill room. I travel for a living and will not stay here in the future」

Owners of the hotel,Mr.Ma & Mrs.Zhang both are very nice, not only offer us a free upgraded wonderful family Room as we travelled with junior daughter with lots of luggages, but also give us Great helps and advices while staying. absolutely Great memories and will definately miss them. wish all the best:)」

「We were 5 couples renting this home a full week, for the U19AA ringette Nationals, this place was perfect for our stay, lots of room, bright and spacious areas for everyone to have their own space and bathroom. The kitchen was awesome, well equipped with everything we needed. Character place beautifully renovated. Even office space for working parents to use and two laundry rooms. This home perfectly situated, short walkable distance to downtown shops, restaurants and bar/pubs. Corrine was an...
