「They use AI to reply your question so the answer are quite ridiculous on hotel.com. they say they have washing machine but the AI when asked he said there are none and when I found the washing machine they don’t work.」

「Our stay exceeded our expectations! The room was huge and we loved the free gym access!」

「Prima en ruim appartement in een levendige buurt in Berlijn. Vanaf 4 hoog mooi uitzicht op de winkels, restaurantjes en barretjes. De ramen waren prima geluidsisolerend. 「When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. 「A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll.」
