「Perfect place. We were traveling to and from Fl. The room was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcomed you like you were family. I would give 10 stars if I could. Of all tje hotels we stayed in on our trip this one was by far the best.」

「This place should not even allow guests to stay!!! It's that filthy! Pot smell in hallways, bathroom tub was black with dirt, mildew, the transmission between the mirror and sink had been ripped off and left with nothing, stained sheets and stained towels, ripped up tissue on the floor rug. The pool was apparently closed but the staff didn't offer this info. There was no door going into pool area and mattresses and chairs stacked up. The pool had water but looked like it had algae and bugs...

「Pork sausage was the only protein that was served for breakfast. Some patrons, such as myself, don’t eat pork. It would have been nice to have one other variety of meat such as chicken, or turkey on the menu. Other that that, the breakfast was great.」

「Stayed in the same room a couple years ago. since then it had been remodeled. Big improvement. Only thing was the TV was constantly turning on and off every time the refrigerator kicked on and off. Also only half the screen was usable. Had small picture all the time. Personally I think there is an electrical issue between the 2. My main complaint is that the room was bug infested. first time they came in and mopped the floor. Did not help. I used my own personal body spray which helped. Whatever...

「The room was filthy. The floor had not been cleaned there were food spills and dirty spots. The bathroom tub and sink were dirty the toilet seat was stained inside and out. The staff complained about Expedia doing them wrong. I said Expedia does not clean your rooms!! 」

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. 」
