「The staff was amazing! We had trouble with the smoke alarm going off several times. There first time was the night we arrived. All we had to do was reset it! There next time it went off was at midnight, we reset it! The third time was 6 in the morning, we couldn’t get it to stop. The alarm was hard wired, we couldn’t just take out the batteries. 「No hot water the first night. Mini fridge was not cold. No plugs in drains in bathtub or sink. No pool or breakfast area. No coffee pot in room nor in the building. Some sort of air freshener that deployed through the AC system, although it was a pleasant smell it was so strong your eyes would water. What’s will let us go back is the extremely polite, respectful, and helpful staff. You could not ask for a better manager on site!」
