「Super Team, gepflegte saubere Zimmer und sehr gutey Wirtshaus」

「Excellent location and very nice room; the staff is warm and helpful.」

「One of the best hotel in Salzburg」

「The staff is really nice to help solving all the problems raised by us. The facility seems to be the highest in Salzburg. I love the breakfast place on the 15th floor and the lounge bar at the 14th. Really nice view and cozy having a meal there.」

「My room door did not stay shut without locking it, compared to the pictures this room was nothing like it. The whole hotel seemed much more dated than the pictures implied. Windows had to be left open due to the heat, and I woke up smelling of cigarette smoke from the smoking happening directly below my room. All my clothes then smelt of cigarette smoke smoke, and I am not a fan of smoking, and choose not to smoke for a reason! Not impressed at all.」

「Room size is quite small.」

「Room is clean and spacious.」

「Ok」

「Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .」
