Hotel staff were friendly and also helped us when an adjacent room was making a lot of noise one evening. The location is central however as noted it isn’t in the safest of locations (no worse than any central station location in a big city). The sauna is a nice touch and the rooms are nice

Fantastic stay! Staff were nice and friendly and helpful, nice clean and tidy rooms. The shower was nice and powerful (big bonus, love a good shower). Nice pizza place just along from the hotel that was very reasonably priced and super tasty!! Close to the train station too if you need it, as well as other places to eat within short walking distance. Enjoyed my stay and hope to return, absolutely recommend this hotel.

Very gracious staff, impeccably, clean, lovely breakfast, would definitely stay here again. Not in the red light District, but just outside of it in a hip little neighborhood with bistros, restaurants, and several other hotels.
