An exceptional hotel in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed by the warm welcome, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding level of service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. If I could give The Florentin more than 10 out of 10, I certainly would. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

After a two-week journey through Germany, my wife and I chose The Florentin by Althoff Collection as our final stop before returning home to New York—and it was the perfect choice. You can tell that the hotel is very new and has only recently opened. While a few processes are still settling in, the team never lets this show. From the moment you enter the hotel, you’re met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality. A special highlight was our dinner at The Garden Restaurant. The passion and dedication of the staff turned our evening into an unforgettable experience and a beautiful way to end our trip. An elegant, welcoming hotel with a team that truly cares—we would happily return.

The Florentin by Althoff Collection.
