Fehlerhafte Angaben, zubuchen Frühstück nicht möglich obwohl es im Internet stand.
Rezeption nur bis 19:00 besetzt obwohl im Netz andere Zeit stand.
Einchecken hat halbe Stunde gedauert bis er meine Buchung gefunden hat.
Dusche kaputt Wasser kam nicht nur aus Brause sondern auch aus dem Griff.
