"Very nice place with helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and we booked at 9pm. This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm. The day we should leave they also let us stay and helped arrange transport to the hotel. "Hotel is very decent. The restaurant is a bit of rip off if you have kids then I suggest you avoid it. Views are nice pool is nice. People are friendly. Getting around positano is definitely a pain but there is a bus stop thats right in front of your hotel. Breakfast is very decent scrambled eggs sausage pastries desserts yogurt that kind of stuff. Price is good. We did have some ants in the room near the door not the biggest deal they're probably everywhere."

"This place was absolutely beautiful. The pool and private beach were everything. Watch the sunset from the pool deck. It’s breathtaking. The Mediterranean gardens lining the walkways were stunning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and it was perfect for me and my 13 year old daughter. Would be perfect for a couple as well. "

"Giovanni, Sall and the staff were brilliant. The staff were very helpful at all times and very welcoming. If anyone is booking I would suggest booking a room with a balcony which is what we had overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was great and dinner was good particularly the mushroom risotto. My only feedback would that there needs to be more menu choice for those that have paid for half-board. Perhaps three options per course rather than just two. Overall a very nice stay for the two days that we were there."

"From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return! "

"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel great pleasant staff. Only issue I paid for a double bed and single bed but when arrived there was only a double and only option was to split the bed into two singles. Wasn't entirely happy as I paid for another option but they dealt with the issue very swiftly. "
