「The kitchen had a cigarette smell; perhaps the curtains had not been cleaned or changed. Sheets were clean, but the dishes and general cleanliness were not good. Location was okay. 」

「Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. 」

「The room was beautiful in terms of showcase design but lacked niceties such as body lotion, biscuits for tea and no mirror other than the bathroom one to do make up check clothing etc The doors (in a shared hallway were very noisy - impossible to close quietly. The pool was full of kids playing ball so abandoned that idea The on site restaurant was ok The whole experience was NOT 5 star.」
