「I’ve stayed over the years at many different hotels and My Place was among the best.Everything was clean and all amenities were 1st class.」

「My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented. I was in room 211 and there was a crater in the mattress closest to the door-- it really needs to be replaced. I liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. 「The gym, basketball and tennis courts, and pools were super nice! Loved the grounds and spaciousness of the rooms and overall property.」

「The breakfast was not that great. Our key cards kept getting deactivated but they were quick to fix that issue. The pool did not look clean so the kids did not enjoy that. Other than that the room was nice and spacious for 6 of us. Easy area to get around in.」

「When I got there, I was checked into a very dirty room once got changed. The whole lounge area when you walk in was trashed. I’ve been to many Hilton properties and never have I experienced this from a Hilton property.」

「The lobby was very dated and the front desk agent they did have wasn’t very friendly at time . I stated there were multiple people in the room but he only gave me one key. The pool was out of order so thankfully we weren’t looking for that amenity. 「We came from Cleveland to Denver and reached Colorado Springs at 12am. But we were not able to checkin as the registers were closed. We were not informed earlier about this. Because of this we were roaming around multiple hotels for a room availability at midnight with kids and finally got a room around 2:30am. We tried calling the customer service but they are not available. We don’t even have no clue if our money will be refunded back or lost. Terrible experience」
