「Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. 「It is a new property attached to the Bodmin Jail, which makes for a convenient visit to that site (the museum and 4D experience as good). The breakfast is very good and the breakfast / bar staff were very nice. The checkin was mixed. I could definitely tell they treat folks booking directly much nicer (the person standing next to me had booked direct) than booking via Expedia. I had to ask them about included breakfast and welcome drink. The Expedia VIP gold perks were not recognized. Morning...
