"Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful."

"Stayed at Sheila's for one night. Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff."

"Woodlands Lilongwe is a welcoming retreat amongst a nature reserve close to the centre of Lilongwe. Staff are exceptionally proficient and hospitable; the room is spacious, clean and has good amenities. The restaurant has an extensive, tasty menu with local produce often used, and service is fast and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay during my business trip"

"The rooms are well clean and the staff are friendly and supportive and the choice of food is amazing...recommend this to anyone"

"It's a nice and quiet hotel... since the city center of Lilongwe is not concentrated but scattered, this hotel is not close to anything..."

"Great people, beautiful property"

"El día que fui tenías problemas de luz pero lo resolvieron así que para mí estuvo excelente"

"This looks like a brother. I had to book another hotel and left. It’s not clean and the photos do not reflect the actual condition of this hotel"

"Very nice and comfortable resort "

"Great staff, good food, great facilities. Reasonable price."

"Although the room was clean, the utilities were sub optimal. The desk chair was not suitable for working and there was no wall socket to connect my devices. Reception had to provide and extension from the only socket that the TV was connected to. Confirmation of booking was not easy. A person managing the booking from a UK number was more impersonal than friendly"

"It had great rooms and a bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Lovely pool and grounds. Very nice friendly ambience. "

"Friendly staff, nice communal areas"

"Spacious upstairs clean room, comfy bed, balcony overlooking garden, quiet"

"It was a clean room Staffel very friendly. My only complaint was the Internet was just so so."

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Despite ongoing works which were being managed very well. I had a very comfortable and clean visit."

"From the pick up at 0130AM from the airport to the warm reception once I woke, to the food and garden, clean rooms and pool, this is the perfect place to fight some jet lag and have as home base… I kept extending .. just couldn’t leave .. definitely a jewel in the Malawi crown and the epitome of “Warm Heart” hospitality!"

"It’s in a decent location. They also offer catering for lunch and dinner (by an external vendor) if you inquire about it early enough."

"Room was not ready with soap and shower requirements, coffee etc. The room was clean, but could see it not being maintained. The staff was very helpful and tried correct problems. The refrigerator turned on but did not cool at all."
