「Personnel et petit déjeuner」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel est aux petits soins. Chaque membre de l’équipe fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et de nombreuses petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Timoulay, une chambre spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. Le balcon est un vrai plus, idéal pour profiter du calme, et la literie est d’excellente qualité, garantissant des nuits...

「Clean hotel but the place reeked of raw sewage the evening I checked in. Not sure if the sewers were backed up because of the rain or what. But the stench was offensive. Limited food availability. There is no hot food around the clock. One night, around 930pm, the dinner service had already finished and my only option was the bakery. The bakery offered a limited selection of croissant type items. No actual food. Another morning I wanted breakfast before leaving for the day. But there was no...

「Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.」

「Hotel guests coughing near the food, and handle it with their hands. at breakfast room. I had to ask the attendant several times for tissue. The elevator was extremely slow, and the hallway leading to the rooms was completely dark.」

「Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles」

「Très bon hôtel, le tout inclus est très bien avec tout les cocktails et boissons de très bonnes qualités, la restauration est correcte,seul problème c'est les transats occupés par des vacanciers des le matin sinon c'est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances, plage immense. Animation en Anglais essentiellement」
