「The staff is exceptionally attentive and kind! They were so good to my kids as well. I needed some sun tan lotion and was going to purchase a bottle but the towel attendant offered a basically un-used bottle they had found and wasn’t being used instead of me having to buy some. This is one of our favorite resorts and will definitely be back! 」

「I like have a bar , when you relax have some wine it’s good Idea, also so close to san old Carlos, has a lot of good restaurants. But blanket too terrible, when I touch it and I will woke up, so I had to took it alway, and then I cool. And air conditioner so nose, whole night I slept not will at all. Actually it is very good situation, Also workers super nice, just blanket really bad. I’m not sure if Next time I will back there, if they change blanket, I will back. 」

「Fantastic vacation. What a great hotel, everything was very clean. The pools and waterslides were great, food at the restaurants was great. We went on an off peak week, I could see it getting pretty crowded on a peak week. Food and drinks were good, but on the pricey side. Breakfast buffet was great, especially that for 12 and under you pay your child's age. Lots of food and shopping nearby. The private beach was great. 」

「Great spot! On the beach, all suite and super convenient for some of the best beach restaurants! The pool is in renovation, but hotel provides beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles and beach towels! Can’t beat these views either! 」
