"Good place for your money "

"The staff were very friendly, which was a highlight of our stay. However, overall the hotel did not meet expectations. We had difficulty reaching anyone by phone for bellhop service, and with so many floors and guests, getting assistance was challenging. The property itself feels quite dated and in need of significant maintenance. The bedding and pillows were uncomfortable, and the pullout couch for the kids was in very poor condition and not suitable for sleeping. The room also had some issues—the floors were slippery, and the carpet felt damp. Elevator wait times were consistently long, which added to the frustration. The kids’ soccer field area was also quite run down. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"I live here, and this is my go to hotel for my staycations. Everything is lovely, the adult pools are a really nice upgrade. The property is absolutely beautiful, love the lagoon pool for the kids. It’s heavenly here."

"Had a lot of maintenance issues when we were there which they tried to fix. A/c unit was broken and had to change rooms. Next A/c couldn’t get the room below 74 degrees. Small gym and the two treadmill TVs didn’t work. Breakfast was nice"
