「The staff was so helpful and kind. They upgraded our room and assisted us with our damaged luggage. They offered tea and coffee upon our arrival. Many thanks to the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「Otel ihtiyacımı karşıladı. Hem odalar temizdi hem personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi hem de gitmek istediğim yerlere yakındı. Kahvaltıyı otelin altındaki Mado da açık büfe şeklinde yapıyorduk. Açık büfe olmasına rağmen yiyecekler lezzetli ve tazeydi. Otel müşterilerine Mado da Extra indirim uyguluyorlar. Fiyatı da bu kadar imkana göre uygundu. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. 」

「The staff were amazing! The two guys (so sorry, I've forgotten your names already :/ ) were great. They speak fantastic English and were so welcoming. They told me which buses to take, recommended where to eat, and gave me tea on my arrival and departure. My room was so toasty and warm which is exactly what I needed when it was minus something degrees outside. 」

「This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle...

「We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. 」
