"We had a great stay as a family of 3 (with a 6 month old baby). The hotel was very accommodating and provided us with a crib. The room and property were very clean. They only have the air conditioning on once it gets a bit hotter, but they were able to provide us with a fan as the week we were there was warmer than usual for the season."

"Indoor pool was nicely heated, so can be used in winter too, when outside pool is too cold. Smallish, but well-equipped gym. Nice breakfast buffet. WiFi throughout, but ideally it needs upgrading, as it's too slow for uploading large files. But OK for basic use. Decor is quite dated now, but has charm I think! Great water pressure, so shower was glorious! Staff are really nice & make me feel welcome. Rooms are good value out of season. I would definitely come back here!"

"No could not see the seafront. Room was lovely, clean and well equipped. Only downfall was the patio opens out onto internal walls/windows of other rooms. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. We had an evening meal in the restaurant also, food was delicious and service excellent. Hotel in ideal location also. Unfortunately tge weather wasn’t too kind during our stay so didn’t get use of the pool and we still had an amazing time despite the weather. Would definitely recommend 😎🍹"

"The hotel is part of the Novotel group so that is the standard of service. My room was spacious and well equipped, with a large window leading to a balcony, kettle with tea and coffee provided, a small fridge, a safe, aircon, good lightings spread throughout, plenty of power sockets of both english and european format, good storage space, excellent wi fi and a large screen tv. Very good bed too. The bathroom was comfortable with enough towels provided, liquid soap and shampoo and a hair dryer. Everything was clean, the staff is attentive and do well their job. Good breakfast choice and quality. The area is unattractive, with a succession of tourist trap eateries (all 5 star reviewed on some website…) on the sea front and ugly concrete flats at the back, but it is excellent for transport with bus stops two minutes away (including a bus that takes you to and from the airport) from the hotel entrance and boats and ferries within ten minutes walking."

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Valletta- beautifully designed throughout, everything was clean, comfortable quiet balcony room, every staff member we met was lovely we were looked after with warm hospitality, the location was brilliant just 2 mins walk from the buzzing “33 steps” with its great food, drinks and atmosphere and moments from the main landmarks, rooftop pool was… invigorating! The view from the Gomerino’s rooftop is like the jewel its crown! "

"Shops, pubs & restaurants are just outside the hotel. The only issue was the noise at night due to the music coming from the pub until late. Staff are nice. Very close to Upper Barrakka where the saluting battery was located, also the ferry to Gozo. All buses are accessible going to different places like Sliema, Malta Airport, St Julians etc are 5mins to walk from the hotel. "

"Really liked our stay. Staff were all super friendly and lovely - from the front desk to the restaurant. Very helpful with recommendations. Room was cleaned very well each day. Location was good - very walkable to everything in Valletta. Manager was super helpful too and kindly moved us to a larger room when it became available. "
