「The room smelled of stale tobacco and marijuana. It was noisy, the general clientele of this hotel weren’t exactly the top tier citizens…definitely saw some shady things going down, the couple in the room next to mine were shouting at one another, tv didn’t work - half the channels couldn’t be watched. The front person at the desk was not exactly stellar at his job…and then he kept on telling me that I had to make a deposit and asked repeatedly if I wanted to put it on My card to which I...

「This was perhaps the most unclean and unsafe lodging we have ever seen. The poor lady at the front desk tried to be helpful and we looked at 3 separate rooms, all of which reeked of smoke and mold problems. We refused to stay and found another hotel in the area. Because we booked through Expedia, we were told they could do nothing and we would have to report our problem back to Expedia for a refund. Still in the middle of that problem resolution with Expedia support. 」
