As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back!」
