「The most fantastic experience - truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The Executive Suite was huge and beautifully appointed having been upgraded (after generously moving the date of the stay despite it being a non-refundable room) - welcome drinks were offered before a lovely dinner which was perfect for me and my daughter. Sadly when I left I was charged for a water ( I did have one) theee were 2 sizes, and a free bottle was left ( the large size) I just need some to take some pills and drank the small one. 「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...
