The room I had paid for was NOT clean. There were no wash rags in there and the room was supposed to have already been paid for when I got there!! The man at the front desk told me there was no deposit but charged me extra for the room and never gave me a receipt for the room I paid for. I will not ever book here again. The morning of checkout, they rushed us out before check out time and had 3 men sitting around watching me as I put my things in the car. One of those men… came down to go into the room before I could back out of my parking spot. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and it made me very uncomfortable.

The best choice I made for my trip was this hotel!!! Besides being all themed, which is cool to get into Texas vibes, is so so so clean and well located. The staff was extremely helpful every time I needed. Just keep in mind it's a motel, don't go with hotels expectations. But definitely it's a hidden gem. As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable.

In town for my daughter's birthday. Upon check in the front desk guy made sure to let us know that there were no "visitors" allowed in the rooms. As a single female, I took offense to that statement. I made a joke about his comment, and he told me that he'd be watching my room. Another person in our group who was in another room, also received negative front desk service. Convenient to the Stockyards. The shower in my room was either hot or cold. If I turned it to warm, I only received a trickle of water. Walls were dirty around the light switches. The property is undergoing renovations. Overall, not a horrible place to stay, however, for a few dollars more, we should've stayed at a different property. This will not be our hotel of choice for our next Ft Worth trip.

I wasn’t even allowed to check in. Chris at the desk said I booked the stay for the wrong price online and demanded more money. It was at 10:00 at night and I went to find another hotel. Absolutely horrible customer service and he was more concerned with the white powdery stuff he put on his hand and sniffed up his nose. Would recommend this place be shut down!!!!!

I was overcharged. I made a reservation with Expedia. They did not honor the Expedia reservation and I ended up paying $25 more. Otherwise they don’t want me to give me the room. I didn’t have any choice but to pay this is false advertising. Unprofessional ripping people off.
