「It is neat and tidy. Excellent」

「The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. 」

「A delightful bed and breakfast with attentive staff, several unexpected amenities and a delicious hot breakfast. We were greeted at check-in by Hanna who showed us our room, was curious about our journey and explained the features of the house. In the room, there were bath robes and slippers. Breakfast the next morning had all the Scottish favorites as well as a full complement of breads and cereals. I highly recommend Guisachen Guest House.」

「We stayed here as we wanted to be close to Fort William! It was amazing to be the base of Ben Nevis, the room was basic but enough, we had dinner and breakfast at the little restaurant which was good. We got discounted tickets to go on the gondola by staying. Small thing was that there was no extra pillows in room. Otherwise no issues」

「The room is clean. The staffs are friendly and very efficiency. The breakfast is great, authentic UK style breakfast. The view is super great! There is a very cute and very smart dog.」

「房间小。没有电梯。适合不搬大行李。」

「The room is big, and it has everything you need for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very close to supermarkets, easy to buy groceries for your trip. However, it is slightly far from the high street. It takes some time to walk to the city centre, especially during rain.」

「房間是整潔的，泊車車正門口，無早餐但酒店右邊就是超市，非常方便。」

「The host is very friendly, his recommendation of restaurant is one of the best food we’ve had during our Scotland trip. Breakfast is also very good and nutritious, highly recommend to have breakfast here.」

「在市中心、有自己的停車場，方便停車。」

「Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to...

「Stunning views but overpriced」

「Is overtime hotel, need maintenance and upgrade. The floor so many noise, hurt neighbors close the door, walking and talking. Toilet knock and shower stand was broken.... But, stuffs is friendly and breakfast is good...」

「Probably one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. Highly recommend.」

「The room is spacious, with plenty of parking available. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.」

「Hands down our best room in Scotland! The room & bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space. It was just a lovely lovely room with numerous extras that set it...
