The pool was gross. The rooms were not all clean. It was very loud, near the freeway. That may be beyond their control but it would be nice to be noted.

The hotel itself was not very clean or well maintained. The hallway entrances looked like they hadn’t been swept for several days. The shade in our room was torn. The biscuits & gravy on the breakfast buffet were pretty good. But the eggs & sausage links looked old, overcooked & reheated from previous days.

The night before this stay we had slept in an amazing Holiday Inn Express, so we went in with high expectations, unfortunately they were not met. This one had not been cared for as well, the staff was not as helpful and friendly, and the breakfast wasn’t as good. They still have amazing beds though! We had a hard time getting ice. The worker at the front desk assured us there was ice, but my husband found that the ice machines were all unplugged. He plugged them in himself and by the morning we had ice.

We stayed for one night with smaller kids. We didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival but the front office was quick to get us one. The pool water was freezing. The staff said they turned the heater on but by the time we left it was still cold. Floors were a little dirty in the room, ice machine was down, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent! We would stay here again and maybe call before to have the pool heater turned on prior to the stay.
