Awesome place to stay

Very clean overall. Very comfortable beds. My granddaughter loves to swim and the pool was very nice. We will definitely be back. Also friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Great job keep up the great work.

Staff was fantastic on both check in and checkout!! Very accommodating. Only issue was only feather pillows availably - not good if you have an allergy — we went to nearby Walmart and picked up a couple hypoallergenic pillows, so we were good to go.

Well the lobby area where you would enjoy a complimentary breakfast smelled horrible of sewage, mold etc. Pass. Our room... window covering was broke, bathroom door didn't close, shower curtain has never been washed. Staff exceptionally nice.

I expect a holiday inn to be nice and this one was just that. Room was completely updated and clean. Lobby was nice. Got there late and left early. Not much else to say. The man that checked us in was exceptional. Very friendly and funny. I believe his name was Jay? Maybe Sam?

When we checked in - they were very nice but told me they didn't have any 2 queen suite rooms available even though that is what I booked and paid for. They put us in a 2 queen room and said that was all they had left and it was the same price. I am sure it was not - but settled for what they had left. Property was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Too many things not working or broken. The pool was nice but the floor was dirty and the exit door was left slightly open. Not safe. We closed it. The staff was courteous and friendly. My son's bathroom door did not close and maintenance never showed up to fix it. Breakfast was good. Although they ran out of some things early. The lobby was nice and comfortable. One of the exit doors didn't open with key card. Our room was nice but the window was very drafty. Not our favorite hotel but not our least favorite either.
