They lied and said the Hot tub was open, it was closed for 30 days, the pool had a layer of slime from oils of people’s skin, you could not go in it!!! The microwave way filthy inside with a layer of grease, the hair dryer had a slimy goup on the handle and the back was plugged with dust, we had to exchange it. We were very disappointed, the promo on the recording for a stay was so good, we really thought we were going to have a terrific time but we did not.

Location was easy to find, Very close to fwys. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but i hated the smell of the room even though it said non-smoking it smelled bad and musty. No cigar smell, but it just smelled musty. Poor ventilation maybe? Definitely can use bathroom shower upgrades.

The absolutely noisiest hotel I’ve ever experienced! Not only was the freeway noise insanely loud, the rude people in the next room blasted their tv all evening, all night and all morning in spite of several calls to complain. The elevator equipment room door stayed propped open during our whole time there making horrid noises 24/7. The hot tub was broken, the hair dryer was DISGUSTING!! The staff were not at all professional. The building needs a LOT of attention and repair. Save yourself some major frustration and stay somewhere else.

Had a pleasant stay. The hot tub was nice. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was overall very quiet. It’s an older hotel so the outside is kind of rundown and it smells a bit like mildew when you’re in to the lobby. My biggest issue was that I paid for a made to order breakfast and was told in the morning that there was not a thing to go next-door to the hotel for the breakfast buffet. Very misleading
