「Very unorganized」

「The hotel is well maintained and overall a very nice property. However, there were several issues during my stay that impacted the experience. There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. As a result, the bar was closed, and the laundry facilities were offline, making it necessary to obtain change for the machines. The television in my room was not working at check in and was never repaired during my three night stay, despite the issue being...

「The property , rooms and staff were excellent. The air conditioner was not strong enough to cool the room and the pillows had no firmness to them. I bought a pillow that had some firmness from Target 4 blocks away.」

「Staff was terrible and rude! Front desk lady was very rude to the customer ahead of me and was annoyed when I asked her to add my choice number!! Unacceptable. In the morning on fathers day food ran out before 9:30. No coffee. She was snapping at customers and asking for tips! Ridiculous」

「Hotel cared more about the people on their patio than people who are staying with them. I could quite literally hear everything that was happening as there were 15+ diners 10 inches from our hotel room window. Blasting music until midnight. People above us seem to enjoy dragging their chair back-and-forth till about 1 AM. TV did not work. No record player in the room. Charleston has a fun city, but do not stay here.」

「We had a balcony room overlooking the pool so we were able to sit put there before dinner people watching and listening to the music coming from across the river. We walked to dinner each night, which was nice after a day of sightseeing and one afternoon the Airforce was practicing for an airshow that weekend. We were able to see the fly-bys from the balcony. We had a great visit.」
