"Everything was great. Not sure if they had a bed bug problem but they had lots of mattresses in the hallway with loud fan sound with warm air coming out of rooms next to the mattresses in the hallway"

"The lounge and outdoor space was great. However, the room itself wasn’t impressive. The shower got water all over the bathroom no matter how hard we tried to prevent it. There was no exhaust fan and there was lots pink mildew along the floor. In addition, the room needed maintenance. My sheets had small rips, the walls needed the paint touched up, etc. We got breakfast one morning and it was extremely overpriced for what it was. We spent $80 on two coffees, a water, overnight oats, a breakfast sandwich and a pastry. The coffee and oats were good but still didn’t justify the cost. The staff was lovely but unfortunately that is not enough for me to go back. It seems the place was designed with “aesthetics” at the forefront without attention to function or detail."
