Staff are nice and helpful. The location is convenient to reach the shopping mall and restaurants on foot. Easy to get taxi and safe to walk near hotel area.

This hotel is a great find to stay in and enjoy the city. In general, the staff was very helpful and has good customer service. What I suggest is increase the water pressure in the handheld bidet to make it useful. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Bai Hotel. Their AC was superb!
