Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove, Bonita Springs
The property was very well maintained and clean. The room was clean and well kept. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room within our two bedroom suite. The pool was great and the kids had a great time within the 5 pools. Service was great and the staff were super nice.

The room had a dead bug in the restroom and wad of long hair in a clot on the floor. Of our 8 day stay, the cleaning staff only cleaned our room 3 nights, which I was not happy about. kelly was amazingly helpful and we dont know what we would have done without her. sadly the air conditioning wasnt working the last two nights and sleeping in a hot room with the road noise was difficult
