"The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that we had to leave. It was a non-smoking room, but someone smoking somewhere must have made the ventilation an issue. It smelled like baked in cigarette smell when we got there, but then more like actively being smoked cigarettes as the night wore on."

"We were met by smiling welcoming staff. I was disappointed when I got uo to the room and the room was small and shabby. I paid 4 star money for a room that was 2 stars at best. Its time to rehab this location. Many things were clean but falling apart. *shower door, over all bathroom, room was small, room chair"

"The decor was beautiful and peaceful, the breakfast excellent, loved the porch for reading (and the library), and the Innkeepers were so friendly and attentive. Next time I plan to be in the Hampton area, I will stay again. "

"Wonderful communication with property owner, comfortable beds and amenities like a welcome basket with snacks/bottle water/juice was an added bonus. Very clean throughout and easy to follow check-in and out instructions. Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner for the upstairs room was off upon arrival, so the room was quite hot when we arrived near 8pm at night. Would definitely stay again as we were close walk to the beach and local food spots. "
