My non smoking room reeked of smoke. The front desk moved us into another suite which was acceptable. The hot water issue I heard about was corrected last week and I had a an amazing hot shower., my family as well. I have a feeling as though this hotel only has a certain amount of towels and sheets and is growing. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel,, it is an older building that was comfortable and clean.

It was a pretty decent stay for the price, and the room was comfortable as well. Front desk agent Destiny was a sweetheart and made myself and other guests feel welcomed! I Would definitely choose this location again.When I choose to stay at a home away from home.

I had a reservation, being required to pay at the hotel at check-in. Two hours before check-in, I was called by the hotel, to let me know know they are now sold out. 15 second call, nothing else, bye bye. I had to book a different hotel very last minute

The room was not very clean. There was hair all in the tub. The floor was sticky. I used a towel to walk from the bathroom to the bed and it was so dirty. There were only 2 pillows on the queen size bed, we called to ask for 2 extras and were told they do not have any extras. Not a great experience at all.
