"1 staff member not enough towels available. 1 elevator. Hole and spot on bedspread. Maintenance of the hotel is bot kept up. Scratches and spots on the wall, doors, Garbage cans not clean"

"On second day through final not room housekeeping service. Told that they we short of staff and that normally there after the third day of your stay you receive housekeeping service. Told to put towels in the hallway outside the room and come to the desk for new towel and wash cloth Told nothing about trash removal for the room They were polite just not informed about no housekeeping until the second day of my check in Had I known that I would not have stayed there. I did not pay for Full service in order No to receive full service Half of my hotel fee should be Refunded. I see you wanted pictures well i did not think to take them since this is the First time this has happened to me"
