"ALL THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. HAD ABOUT 4 MEALS AT THE LODGE. ROOM WAS OK CLEAN, BUT THE CARPET SEEMED TO NEED A CLEANING. RESTAURANT STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT. I DIAGREE WITH THE LODGE POLICY OF CHARGING A $20 FEE FOR A LATE CHECK OUT OF 1 HOUR. MOST PLACES WILL ALLOW AN HOUR OR TWO GRACE PERIOD WITHOUT CHARGING EXTRA. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR POLICY."

"Dirty-dirty-dirty. If it wasn’t so late and I had already paid I would have left. This hotel needs an update, worn carpet, stained chair in the room, chipped paint. "

"Expedia listing is deceiving as it states under amenities that there is a hot tub/sauna. There is not— it appears to have been filled in. The pool water was freezing. It was hard for kids to enjoy it. When the staff was advised, they seemed to just turn up the room thermostat. I don’t think they understood. Only other complaint was that a member of our party had issues with their TV display and were given very little help. Unfortunately, I think there was a language barrier that prevented any effective communication with staff that was available to assist. Everything else was very nice, cleanly and comfortable. Overall, the location is great and the building is well-kept. With the reasonable price, we’d choose to stay again. "

"Not very clean. Lots of springs felt in beds. Get charged 250 if anything but water is brought to pool. House keeping enters room uninvited hours prior to checkout. Do NOT recommend. "
