The carpet in the hallways is very worn and needs a good cleaning. There was debris on the floor outside our room and after a 4 day stay, it was still there. Bottom line, great location but needs some "

"We have been coming here for a number of years when we visit one of our favourite places, Niagara Falls. Hotel is undergoing renovations, which we weren't aware of when we booked. Several elevators out of service, gift shop gone, many other areas of the hotel in mid-reno, construction noise, etc. staff are fantastic, as always, the view is superb (we always get a room with a view of both Falls), especially at night, the late afternoon social and included breakfast are both great. Look forward to the reno being done and hotel back to its usual high standards on our next visit !"

"After last minute changes, we booked a room and William at the desk was amazing, the room was clean and amazing. The river view kitchenette room is spacious and falls are visible, amazing as always "

"Don't be fooled by your hotel price that you are quoted! It's plus amenities fees of over $200 for 2 nights, plus parking. Also, we ordered room service once. It should of been $85 with tip but it was $120 because of taxes and other misc fees. Also, they charged my credit card $800 for the hold and when we checked out and paid with a different credit card. It was 996$ for 2 nights. They told me the $800 hold would be taken off in a week or so. I booked my 2 night stay at 263$ a night. Although i liked the view and bigger tub, the carpet and furniture was very worn! I would not recommemd dealing with this hotel. When i called to speak to someone they were very rude!"

"Room was clean! Eva was amazing! It was my sons 13th birthday and she had a piece of cake ordered to the room… it made his day!! And ours too… honestly its the little things sometimes. We always book the sheraton when staying in Niagara. Love the convenience of everything…thank you!"
