「The first room I was put in smelled awful, like smoke even though I had booked non-smoking. The attendant acted annoyed as hell I wanted to be moved and then told me it was a $10 upcharge to be put in a downstairs room. I won't be back. 」

「Just fell asleep an hour was bitten by bedbugs woke up, the whole body was bitten, had to go to the car to sleep」

「They were rude at check-in.There were cockroaches all over the room.\nNo towels no nothing nasty bed sheets had to ask for towels and they was dirty i went to the store and bought my own very poor place to stay」

「My son cut his foot in process of glass inside of the closet when he was building a fort. It happened on Valentine’s Day.. he had to be rushed to the ER and He had to get stitches! 」

「The staff did not respond quickly but was nice. The first room smelled of cigarett smoke and the bath tub was dirty. Thay gave us another room but the carpet was stained, cabnet drawer was off and in the drawer and bathroom door on the inside of bathroom was kicked in enough a small child could have put a finger in it. There was a smell of substance abuse smoke, but I can not prove that because we stayed in the room.」
