「位置相當好，到景點都步行可到，大廳也都備有咖啡機自行取用，房間也還算大，在這一區來說算很好，但是房間內設施算是有點老舊，但還可以接受，還有因為短期住宿沒提供打掃可以，但垃圾也沒辦法丟就有點不方便，因為有附廚房會偶爾開火煮東西，可是垃圾沒地方丟就有點不方便」

「地点方便去各个景点，环境安全，卫生很好，唯一不足是楼下饭店噪音很大，酒店房间窗户隔音不太好，影响睡眠！」

「房間很大很乾淨最有特色的地方就是還有附設迷你廚房還有提供碗，餐具...等等想自己煮東西直接到附近的超市買些菜或微波食品回來用非常的方便又省錢而且飯店靠近郊區所以跟市區的飯店比起來便宜很多搭T7下車只要走大概4分鐘左右就能到飯店而且要去奧利機場也是搭T7就能到達~交通上也很便利不過缺點就是沒有提供吹風機還有衛生紙只有廁所裡有房間桌上附近沒有放置比較不方便以外其他地方都很滿意~」

「地點交通便利，但抽油煙機味道很可怕，房間充滿了油煙味，洗碗槽也不大暢通，加上隔音效果不佳，外面街道人車聲吵雜，窗簾遮光也不好。如果有預算限制，或許可納入考量。」

「Je recommande cet hôtel à 💯 , moi perso mon séjour du 21/06/25 au 22/06/25 en famille c'était comfortable car l'appartement était propre et équipée de toutes les commodités de la vie (clim, plaque, frigo, lave vaisselle, machine à café...)donc si vous voulez passer un séjour à Paris je vous conseille Residhome apparthotel Paris Massy et pour info pas loin du centre.Je remercie toute l'équipe de leur sympathie et à bientôt ☺️」

「They have many facilities for people who are staying long stays, working or just for one night. The bed is comfortable. There are few things to be taken into account for the future. English should be improved as the place has many tourists and only one receptionist could assist me. She was super helpful and solved all my doubts. The breakfast is really poor. I understand it is included in the rate I chose but then it’s offered for 12€ called buffet and offer two juices, two types of croissants...

「喜歡的部份：1.房間有陽台，有廚房和廚具。2.附近有自助洗衣店。3.出門就是公車站，走不遠就是RER站。4.晚班的服務人員友善。不喜歡的部份：1.沒有冷氣或電扇，剛好遇到熱浪，真的很不舒服，太熱了！2.對面餐廳營業晚，真的很吵，晚上有很多飆車族，很難入睡！3.入住付房費時，服務人員找錯錢，讓人感覺有些故意。」

「桌面和地毯的清洁度非常令人失望，桌面有一些污垢，地摊上是明显的大面积黑色污垢。公寓的位置很好，房间的大小也不错。如果能够在清洁方面有所改进，也算是个不错的选择。」

「We had never been to Paris before and weren’t sure where to stay. We are so glad we stayed in the 4th A. and at this hotel! Quiet, nice, nearby many metro stations and the RER C to get to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Close by the Notre Dame and Latin Quarter - very walkable. Also, as two young sister travelling alone, we felt very safe in the area (gay village type area). Overall, truly excellent! 」

「Receptionist seems not very welcoming once we arrived.he was busy at private stuff..only talked to us when we tried to communicate with him. Gonna give 5 stars if receptionists can at least say Bonjour with a smile at the first time we got in the hotel. Great spacious apartment except the broken door of showering room caused leaking. 」

A lovely stay

"The location was extremely convenient, with a metro station next door and all major tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast that offered a lot of options."

"洗手間比較小，轉身困難。只有頂層五間房間可以看到巴黎鐵塔。要記得帶備個人護理用品，酒店只提供沐浴液及洗手液。亦要自備拖鞋。"

"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"

"一間可愛的旅館，氛圍很棒，我們抵達的時候外面都是聖誕樹佈置。樓下的餐廳氛圍超棒的，樓上的房間小而美，空間雖然不大，但是很舒適。我們遇到的前台服務人員也很熱心，在電梯遇到的時候還小聊了一下～總體：是個開心的住宿！早餐乾乾淨淨的，麵包雞蛋沙拉水果都有"
