"I normally never have a bad hotel experience and never have had to write a poor review. It was a shameful experience. The work out room was out of order. They advertised a hot tub there wasn't one. The room's bed was very uncomfortable and hard it made for a poor night's sleep. The pillows were extremely small and wore down. The night stands that were built into the wall on either side of the bed were falling forward off the wall and personal items would slide off. The room smelled musty...

"This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town."
