"What an excellent experience staying at this hotel. Immediately you walk in and you are greeted with this wonderful scent in a beautiful front entrance and lobby. The front desk staff was extremely nice, informative and was great. I very much appreciate that. The hotel is very clean and I stayed here in two different rooms in both of the rooms were very clean which is very important to me. The hotel is also very quiet which I appreciate. The bed is super comfortable. Definitely stay here. I have no complaints."

"Walking in, i found the dark doors a bit off putting- not clueing in, this is a Japanese hotel. I even admired the bamboo! The doors made sense afterwards! My Husband & i tried out the baths- what an interesting experience. It was similar to a large float tank but I enjoyed this more. My Husband was skeptical & did it to humor me but really enjoyed it as well. The building seems really well built as we heard nothing & no one. The shower is huge. With a big bath tub."
