A night without our RV
We needed a one night stay while our RV was in for a recall. We took the suite, so we could load our food in a full size refrigerator and able to cook a meal. Kitchen was poorly stocked with few plates, cutlery, no salad bowl and pots with missing lids etc…otherwise a comfortable room.

Stayed there. Three nights had two different rooms. I did not care for the mattress. Very strange feeling. Not impressed by the quality of the mattress. One room was a little bit better than the other.

Property was clean however it is a pet friendly hotel. Recommendation would be to keep specific rooms on one side of property for pet travelers. We had a neighbor next to our room that had a dog that barked randomly throughout our stay.

If you stay again and need service, there is a telephone at the front desk and all you have to do is push 0 to reach a staff member when you are staying with us. Average hotel. Disappointed with No maid service for a 3 night stay. Staff sleeping in their car on a night shift seemed odd & the front desk phone not being answered after numerous rings wouldn’t of been a big deal, if it didn’t wake me up each time. Also had to request extra blankets, even after putting in a request at time of booking.

Hello Zackary, Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey! I am so sorry that your stay was not that great. I will be bringing this survey up with my employee as this is not ok. I also apologize that you did not get housekeeping service and your requested items during your stay. I have notified my staff to read all guest comments prior to arrival and at check in they are suppose to ask if you would like housekeeping services during your stay. Typically if you stay 2 to 3 days we usually don't do housekeeping unless requested, but going forward my staff has been instructed to ask guests who stay 2 or more days if they would like service. I hope that this one time bad experience will not deter you from staying with us again as we hope to see you again in the near future.Thank you,Thank you

Our room was extremely damp, carpet was even damp, had several asthma attacks a day. When checking out my husband was told that our room 109 had a problem with dampness.

My question is did you notify the front desk any time during your stay prior to checking out of this issue? If you did, did they offer you a different room? If not, for future reference, if you ever have an issue with a room please notify the front desk as soon as possible, we need to know right away, it may be as simple as a room move. We will be checking that room out further to figure out where it's moisture issue seems to be coming from. Again I am so sorry that you had a horrible stay. We appreciate your feedback! Thank you,

The rooms were clean and scent free which was good for my wife's allergies. There was never anyone at the front desk. For breakfast one day there was no coffee. The breakfast was luke warm.
